Setup & Pickup
Please allow approximately 2 hours for setup before the celebration.
Pickup and breakdown generally require approximately 1–2 hours.
Exact timing may vary based on celebration type, location, guest count, and setup requirements.
Guest Count
Each celebration level begins with 6 guests.
Additional guests may be added where the selected celebration type and available space allow.
Please refer to the additional-guest price shown under your selected celebration level.
Personalization
Signature Collection, personalized details, keepsakes, and other applicable selections are coordinated after booking according to the selected celebration level.
Good to Know Before You Book
Travel
Celebrations include travel within 10 miles of our service area.
Celebrations beyond the included travel area may require an additional travel fee.
Any applicable travel fee will be confirmed during the inquiry process.
Space & Availability
The customer is responsible for providing adequate, cleared space for the selected celebration setup.
Certain setups, Experiences, or enhancements require additional space and may not be available for every location or celebration type.
Booking
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve the date.
Availability must first be confirmed.
The date is secured only after the required agreement and retainer are completed.
